Handling and Shipping
We ship all orders from our Melbourne warehouse. Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your order.
To ensure prompt delivery, please allow us 1 to 3 business days to handle and prepare your order for shipment.
Australia
- We offer free standard shipping (6-9 business days) in Australia on all orders over $100 AUD!
- Free express shipping (1-6 business days) on orders over $200 AUD.
- For any orders under $100 AUD, we charge $9.95 AUD for standard shipping.
New Zealand
- We offer free standard shipping (7-10 business days) to New Zealand on all orders over $150 AUD!
- For any orders under $100 AUD, we charge $10 AUD for standard shipping.
Internationally
- We offer free standard shipping (9-12 business days) worldwide to most countries on all orders over $200 AUD!
- For any orders under $200 AUD, we charge a $15 AUD flat fee.
Track Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
If you wish to change any details of your order once it’s placed, please contact our Customer Service team within 24 hrs via email (info@velouraandco.com.au) with your order number.
- *Customs duties and taxes may be applied to all international orders upon arrival in your country. Veloura & Co. is not responsible for paying them.
- *If the parcel is returned to us, $20 extra shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
- *Veloura & Co. is not responsible for any damages or loss that may occur during transit once the parcel has been shipped.
Return and Exchange
Return Policy
- Returns are accepted in original condition (unworn, undamaged) within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- If you would like to return an item, please contact us at (info@velouraandco.com.au) and let us know the issues, we will be happy to assist with your return process!
- Please note that jewellery on sale or engraved cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchange Policy
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide exchanges right now; we suggest you place a new order for the item you want and return the original item to be refunded.
